Refund policy

Returns & Right of Withdrawal (UK)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your complete delivery, without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, unopened, with original labels and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please do not return items without first contacting us and receiving confirmation. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Please note that return shipping is at your own expense and must be arranged and paid for by you.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us right away at service@iberluffa.com, so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions – Non-returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable if opened or used:

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Cleaning items that have been used

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before placing your order or before initiating a return.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is delivered to a UK address, you have the legal right to cancel it within 14 days without giving any reason, as per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to notify us of your decision to cancel before the 14-day period has expired. You must then return the goods within 14 days of cancellation.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, with original labels, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

We can provide a model cancellation form upon request.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of receiving proof that it has been sent back.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at service@iberluffa.com.
