At IberLuffa we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we process it, for how long and what your rights are, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

• Identification and contact data: first name, surname, email, phone, postal address.
• Purchase data: order history, products viewed, amount.
• Payment data: processed directly by the payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
• Browsing data: IP address, device, browser, pages visited, cookie data.

1. Manage your order, shipping and after-sales.
2. Handle enquiries sent through the contact form or by email.
3. Send you the newsletter and commercial communications, only if you have given your explicit consent.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based, depending on the case, on the performance of the purchase contract, the user's explicit consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies), compliance with legal obligations or the legitimate interest in improving the service.

We keep the data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. Tax data is kept for the period required by tax law (at least 4 years). Marketing data is kept until the user withdraws their consent.

• Logistics and transport companies to deliver the order.

Shipping and returns

We prepare every order with care in our workshop in Caldas de Reis. Here we explain the timeframes, the rates and how to proceed if you need to return an item.

1. Shipping zones

We ship throughout Spain (mainland, the Balearic and Canary Islands), Portugal, Andorra and the rest of the European Union. For shipments to other destinations, write to us beforehand at info@iberluffa.com and we will confirm feasibility and rates.

2. Preparation times

Once payment is confirmed, we prepare the order within 24 to 72 business hours. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 (CET) or during the weekend are processed the following Monday.

You will receive an email with the tracking number when the parcel leaves the workshop. If you need help with tracking, write to us and we will provide it.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the order. To exercise it, let us know by email stating the order number and the reason. We will send you the instructions for the return.

6. Return conditions

• Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with their packaging and labels.
• For hygiene reasons, returns of opened or used products that come into direct contact with the skin are not accepted.
• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a shipping error or a defective product.

7. Refund

Once the goods are received and checked, we process the refund within a maximum of 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

8. Defective or incorrect product

If you receive a defective product or one different from the one ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt by sending photographs to info@iberluffa.com. We will resolve the issue with a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you.
